Pathways to Reading is a professional development training program and curriculum that enables teachers to effectively assess and teach K-2 beginning readers and striving readers in upper grades.  The principle components of Orton-Gillingham are embedded in Pathways to Reading.

Pathways to Reading Year One Training

An in-depth professional development and training program to help teach reading to a wide range of students.

A three day practicum pairing teachers and students. Questions are answered through modeling and coaching.

Pathways to Reading Refresher Course

Customized to answer your questions and provide hands-on practice and modeling as well as any program updates.

Pathways to Reading Implementation Support

PTR addresses the needs related specifically to your school or setting.  Support will develop teacher skills and confidence.

Pathways to Meaning Comprehension Training

With PTR in place, teachers are set to developing student’s Oral Language Comprehension leading to Text Reading Comprehension.

Pathways to Reading Understanding Dyslexia Training

Help for teachers in understanding dyslexia, recognizing dyslexic students and addressing their instructional needs.
